Current Vacancies

  • We have a number of Customer Service vacancies throughout London Borough of Waltham Forest. These include delivering face to face and over the telephone customer service to residents and service users of the borough.

Candidates must possess excellent communications skills and have the ability to communicate at all levels. Good presentation is essential. The candiates will need to demonstrate a degree of flexibility and be willing to work at other sites as and when required. The successful candiates will be working towards an Intermediate Customer Service Apprenticeship.

Please note that if you have a degree-level qualification you are not eligible for an Apprenticeship.
